ACADEMIC PAINTING AND DRAWING COURSE // BEGINNER LEVEL is aimed at all those who wish to approach the study of figurative art according to the basilar principles of classical tradition, even without any previous experience.
The course is designed to provide a solid technical and visual foundation, guiding students in the gradual development of observation, analysis, and representation skills. Starting with the simplest elements, students learn the fundamental principles of drawing, such as proportions, form construction, perspective, ligth and shadow technique.
The study of drawing is immediately accompanied by an introduction to basic painting techniques, with particular attention to color theory, mixing, and the correct use of materials. Through practical exercises, students learn to understand the structure of objects, the rendering of volumes, and the representation of light.
The program includes real-life study of simple objects and still lifes, as well as initial exercises in copying from classical models, in order to develop precision, visual sensitivity, and control of the mark.
The course also introduces the fundamental principles of the academic method, with a gradual and guided approach aimed at building a solid foundation for subsequent levels.
At the end of the course, the student acquires the essential skills to consciously approach the study of drawing and painting, having developed discipline, observation skills, and a first sense of expressive autonomy.

The Academic Painting and Drawing Course – Intermediate Level is designed for students who have already acquired basic artistic skills and wish to deepen their knowledge through a more structured, rigorous, and conscious approach to drawing and painting.
The program consolidates previously acquired skills while placing greater emphasis on accuracy of drawing, construction of form, proportion, volume, and three-dimensional modeling. Students are progressively guided toward greater independence in observing and analyzing their subjects, planning their work, and making informed artistic decisions. The aim is to develop a solid and methodical approach to artistic study.
The drawing curriculum focuses primarily on the human figure, through exercises based on ancient sculptures, plaster casts, and work with live models. Particular attention is given to proportion, the structural flow of forms, gesture, volume, and the refinement of drawing technique. As students progress, they develop a more sophisticated understanding of the figure and greater precision in its representation.
Alongside drawing, the painting program introduces greater complexity in the use of color, tonal values, light, and pictorial construction. Students work on still life and portraiture, undertaking exercises designed to develop sensitivity in the representation of materials, surfaces, light, atmosphere, and spatial relationships.
The course also introduces and develops traditional academic painting techniques, including grisaille and glazing, providing students with a deeper understanding of the layered processes and tonal principles underlying classical painting.
Particular attention is devoted to fundamental artistic anatomy and the study of individual parts of the human body, including the hands, feet, head, and other anatomical structures. These studies provide an essential foundation for the subsequent development of a complete and convincing representation of the human figure.
Through consistent, progressive, and individually guided practice, students develop greater technical confidence, analytical observation, and expressive control. The course provides a solid foundation for approaching the Advanced Level of the academic program with greater independence, maturity, and artistic awareness.

ACADEMIC PAINTING AND DRAWING COURSE // ADVANCED LEVEL The advanced Academic Painting and Drawing course is aimed at all those who have acquired a solid technical foundation and wish to achieve a high level of artistic mastery, developing full expressive autonomy.
The program focuses on synthesizing acquired skills and perfecting one's personal artistic language through an in-depth study of the human figure and pictorial composition. Students are guided toward a deeper understanding of the laws governing form, light, and color, honing their ability to interpret and represent reality with awareness and sensitivity.

Throughout the course, students are encouraged to develop their own artistic vision, while maintaining technical rigor and respect for tradition as their foundation. Individual work becomes progressively more autonomous, with the creation of complex works and personal projects.
The course concludes with the creation of a complex pictorial composition, which represents the synthesis of the training process and testifies to the level of technical and expressive maturity achieved.

ACADEMIC PAINTING AND DRAWING COURSE / LIGHT VERSION, held once a week, is designed for those who want to learn gradually but consistently. The course is suitable for both beginners and those with experience who want to improve their artistic skills.
Classes are held in a peaceful, creative, and well-equipped environment. Weekly attendance allows for time between sessions to reflect, practice, and develop your work in peace.
The lessons alternate theoretical moments with practical exercises.
