The suspension or deletion of an account does not entitle the User to any compensation, refund, or indemnity.
The suspension or deletion of an account due to reasons attributable to the User does not exempt the User from the payment of any applicable fees or prices.

The User is authorized to download, copy, and/or share certain content available on this Website exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution of authorship is maintained, as well as any other relevant indication required by the Owner.
All limitations and exclusions provided for under copyright law shall remain fully applicable.

The removal, deletion, or blocking of content does not justify any claim for compensation, reimbursement, or indemnity by the Users who provided such content.
Users agree to hold the Owner harmless from and against any claims made and/or damages suffered due to content provided by them to or offered through this Website.
User's Rights of Withdrawal
The User may enjoy the right to withdraw from the contract within the specified period for any reason and without justification.
To obtain the right of withdrawal, the User must send the Owner a communication of their intention to withdraw from the contract.
The User is free to express their intention to withdraw from the contract in any other suitable form. In order to comply with the period within which the right must be exercised, the User must send the withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of conclusion of the contract or purchase of a Product, unless the User has waived the right of withdrawal.
The shipping costs of the return are borne by the User.
If the User exercises the right of withdrawal after requesting that the provision of the service begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the User will be required to pay the Owner a fee proportionate to the part of the service provided up to the moment the User informed the Owner of their intention to withdraw from the entire service provided for in the contract. The fee will be calculated based on the economic value of the service and will be proportionate to the part of the service provided up to the moment the User exercises the withdrawal from the entire service provided for in the contract.
When the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot exist in the case of:
- supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized
- supply of services after the service has been fully performed, when the execution has begun with the express consent of the User and with the acceptance of losing the right of withdrawal following the complete execution of the contract
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall the Owner be held liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner assumes no responsibility for errors or inaccuracies in the content; personal injuries or property damage of any nature arising from accessing or using our service; and any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers or any personal information stored therein.

When we receive a complaint about a product purchased from us under a valid warranty, we will repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon return of the product. We will pay for shipping the repaired or replaced product to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping of the product.

You are responsible for reading the rules and the full program of the service or product before committing to purchase it. You agree to enter into a legally binding contract for the purchase of a service or product when you commit to the purchase and complete the payment procedure for participation or for the purchase of a product, in accordance with the purchase conditions set by the owner of High Arts Atelier.
The prices we charge for the use of our services or for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our product prices at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Further information about pricing and sales taxes is available within the pages of the activities and services.
The fee for the services and any other expenses you may incur in connection with the use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

It is expected that the terms contain contact information that allows users and customers to receive customer service and correspond through the website and its operators.
Emails and promotional content
You agree to receive from time to time messages and promotional materials from us, by mail, email, or any other form of contact you can provide us (including your phone number for calls or text messages). Return and Refund Policy.
For any Service or Activity purchased, withdrawal or refund is not possible once the service has started, in the event of a change in the buyer’s circumstances that influences their decision not to continue their studies at High Arts Atelier.
It is not possible to request a refund for a product made to measure at High Arts Atelier, or produced under custom and personalized conditions requested by the buyer, including accessories and packaging, together with the original receipt (or gift receipt), within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Please note the following: products may only be returned in the country where they were originally purchased and only standard, non-customized products are eligible for return. The following products cannot be returned: icons, drawings, and paintings made to order and under personalized conditions requested by the buyer.
